Established Search is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager for Piedmont, Italy, to drive growth in dental implants. You will build long-term relationships with dentists and implant clinicians, deliver hands-on demonstrations and educational sessions to support product adoption, and develop territory plans to meet targets.

The role requires 3+ years of field sales experience, strong presentation skills, and fluent Italian, with travel across the Piedmont region.

Competenze

3+ years' field sales experience, ideally in dental products or healthcare.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent presentation and communication skills; able to educate clinicians and influence adoption.
Willingness to travel extensively within Piedmont and work independently.
Fluent Italian language skills.

Mansioni

Manage and grow a defined territory by building relationships with dentists, specialists and implant clinicians.
Drive new customer acquisition through targeted prospecting and visits.
Deliver product presentations, educational sessions and hands-on demonstrations.
Support clinicians with implant workflow discussions and product solutions.
Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
Attend local study clubs, congresses and industry events to increase brand awareness.
Negotiate pricing within guidelines and collaborate with marketing and service teams.
Maintain CRM records and provide sales forecasts and territory updates.
