This role focuses on safety, confidentiality, and professional appearance while empowering you to address guest needs and contribute to memorable experiences. Typical duties include processing requests, reporting on nightly activities, and supporting hotel operations

Competenze

• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: No related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Mansioni

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and provide local information.
• Address guest requests, process operational tasks, and complete reports.
• Move around the hotel to perform tasks during overnight shifts and ensure security and cleanliness.
