Generator Venice is seeking a passionate Front Office Night Crew member to join our Night Front Office team. You will ensure a warm, efficient check-in/out experience for guests staying in our stylish hostel on Giudecca.

You should be confident, organised and enjoy working with people, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction, problem solving, and representing the Generator brand in every interaction. Experience in hospitality helps; eligibility to work in the EU is required.

Competenze

• Experience in hospitality/service industry.
• Ability to work quickly in a high-pressure environment.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Mansioni

• Take ownership of the guest journey and raise Generator experience.
• Know guests and have a passion for independent travel.
• Own guest complaints and resolve them yourself.
• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Be part of a great team within your department that understands Generator and authentic self.
• Monitor social spaces, lighting, sound and temperature to embody the Generator brand.
• Know your city, its cafés, bars and restaurants, art and music.
• Comply with company policies including Fire Training, Health & Safety and Food Hygiene.
• Handle cash during duty and apply shift procedures with accuracy.
