Connect Group is seeking a Network Administrator to join their European team in Milan, on-site. You’ll be part of a forward-thinking IT function, working on high-profile projects with senior leadership visibility, while also supporting day-to-day infrastructure operations across networks, systems, and regional services.

You’ll contribute to delivering the global IT roadmap, manage Azure/VMware environments, monitor WANs, and support Exchange/M365/Azure AD for regional users.

Competenze

• 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure and network engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Layer 2 & 3 networking (VLANs, STP, BGP, OSPF, LACP).
• Hands-on experience with Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls.
• Experience with Cisco routing/switching, VPN technologies, and wireless networking.
• Microsoft ecosystem knowledge (Azure AD, M365, Exchange, DNS/DHCP).
• Cisco CCNA and Fortinet certifications are a huge plus.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset.
• Willingness to travel (up to 50) - once a month on average.
