BB&E Consulting Engineers and Professionals seeks a dynamic BAH Rebuild Program Manager to lead the multidisciplinary program management effort supporting NAVFAC EURAFCENT at NSA Naples (Capodichino), Italy, with periodic travel to NSA Bahrain to support the Bahrain rebuild effort. This role reports to NAVFAC EAC Operations and covers MILCON, SRM, and related projects.

The position requires five years of technical DoD experience, a degree in Engineering or Architecture, and strong coordination,

Competenze

• Five (5) years of technical and practical experience as a degreed Engineer or Architect who has worked on U.S. DoD or similar government agency projects
• Degree in Engineering or Architecture with hands-on planning, design, and construction experience

Mansioni

• Support the ROICC in pre- and post-award management of MILCON, SRM, and special projects
• Lead multidisciplinary staff supporting Bahrain reconstruction efforts
• Oversee development of design packages and RFP technical requirements
• Manage the RAP and workload distribution
• Provide engineering consultations and QA for submissions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to articulate requirements, program funds, and schedules
• Resolve issues affecting cost, schedule, or quality of PDC products and delivery
• Track and report progress to Operations; identify barriers to execution
• Represent the command in high-level stakeholder and project synchronization meetings
• Assist in acquisition strategies and POAMs for major projects
• Facilitate interaction among planners, designers, and Public Works personnel
• Advise on efficient use of funds across planning, design, construction, and real estate
