Electrolux Group is seeking a National Account Manager Online to oversee the relationship with Amazon at the national level in Italy. You will organize, plan and implement the commercial strategy for this crucial customer, coordinating functions to meet KPIs and drive online growth.

You will lead annual and quarterly business planning, forecast sales, monitor stock, and negotiate to increase market share in the online channel. Strong collaboration with digital content and campaigns is required.

Competenze

Academic education.
Experience in sales and/or trade marketing (preferably in consumer electronics or home appliances).
Digital mindset and interest in online sales/e-commerce.
Exposure to digital trade marketing/online sales is a plus.
Italian and English languages fluent.

Mansioni

Plan Annual Customer Business Plan.
Plan quarterly and monthly commercial activities driving the online customer mix.
Sales forecasting and customer stock monitoring.
Lead sales negotiations and sell-out activities to gain online market share.
Analyze promotional performances and launch plan priorities.
Manage the customer budget (rebate/funding) in line with company budget.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and the Digital Team.
