Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Line Cook to join its shipboard culinary team. You will prepare all basic items for menus, read and execute company recipes, and work across kitchen sections to deliver high-quality galley cuisine.

Requires at least 4 years in upscale hotel/resort/cruise or banqueting service, plus a culinary school degree. Strong multitasking, communication, and guest-service skills are essential in a multicultural environment and for maintaining USPH standards aboard ship.

Competenze

• A minimum of 4 years in upscale hotel, resort, cruise ship or convention banqueting service.
• Culinary school degree is required.
• Shipboard experience preferred; ability to work in any kitchen section.
• Excellent food knowledge and understanding of culinary terms.
• Read and follow company recipes and prepare to company standards.
• Ability to work efficiently, proactively, and maintain production pace.
• Maintain Health & Safety standards and prepare for USPH inspections.
