Arkema is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee a broad range of maintenance activities in a process plant, with an even split between electrical/instrumentation (I/E) and mechanical work. The role begins with progression toward full competency in both areas, and will include troubleshooting, calibration, installation, and safety leadership to keep the plant reliable.

Competenze

5+ years of experience in process plant environments in electrical or mechanical trades.
Progression plan for competency growth from I/E or mechanical to full proficiency.
Familiarity with NFPA 70, NFPA 70E, ISA standards.
Ability to read P&ID, ladder logic, and electrical diagrams.
Commitment to safety leadership and reliability.

Mansioni

Plan and direct procurement of repair parts and materials for project maintenance.
Install, calibrate, inspect, and troubleshoot instruments and electrical equipment per NFPA 70/70E ISA standards.
Identify and interpret drawings including P&ID, ladder logic, and electrical one-line diagrams.
Work safely on AC distribution systems from 480V to 120V.
Troubleshoot and repair motor control circuits, VFDs, motors and gearboxes.
Troubleshoot mechanical systems and perform preventive maintenance.
Replace or rebuild pumps, valves, and related equipment.
Run piping, install equipment, and apply proper gasket torque.
Be a Safety Leader and support a safety-first culture.
Assist Plant Operations to minimize production impacts and improve reliability.
Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism.
