Supervisor Maintenance

Location: HQ Bassanetti

Purpose

Ensure equipment reliability, operational continuity, and safety by coordinating maintenance activities and leading the technical team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance
• Reduce downtime and manage troubleshooting activities
• Coordinate maintenance team and contractors
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures
• Monitor KPIs (downtime, MTTR, maintenance costs)
• Manage maintenance budget and spare parts

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree
• 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance
• Team management experience
• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

Reporting Line

Plant Manager / Operations Manager

Compensation

The base salary range for this role is €39,132 - €53,807. The final remuneration will be determined based on skills, effort, responsibility and relevant experience. Additional compensation components and benefits will be discussed during the recruitment process.
