CEVA SANTE ANIMALE is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee the company’s accounting, tax, and statutory activities within a multinational context. You will lead the accounting team, ensure data accuracy, and support the CFO in risk assessment and efficiency initiatives.

You will manage monthly closings, statutory financial statements, and tax compliance while driving process improvements and ERP enhancements to strengthen internal controls and reporting reliability.

Competenze

• Degree in Economics, Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 8–10 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related roles.
• Experience in managing administrative teams in multinational environments.
• Professional English (writing and speaking with international interlocutors).
• Strong knowledge of general accounting, Italian civil law and tax considerations.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop a team of 4 administrative resources.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and statutory reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and Group policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors and authorities.
• Manage tax credits, incentives and related benefits.
• Drive process improvement and ERP/system enhancements.
