Ceva Santé Animale in Milano, Lombardy, is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee accounting, tax, and statutory activities in a multinational setting. The role leads a small team and reports to the CFO, driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with local regulations and group policies.

You will coordinate the statutory financial statements, manage audits, and support continuous improvement of internal controls and reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of general accounting and Italian civil law.
• Experience in financial closing and reporting processes.
• In-depth knowledge of tax, VAT, direct taxes and tax credits.
• Experience in the preparation and management of statutory budget.
• Familiarity with multinational environments and reporting to Corporate.
• Knowledge of Internal Control, Compliance and Segregation of Duties.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Professional English (writing and speaking).

Responsabilités

• Co-Pilot Group Performance and Growth: identify and report accounting and tax risks to the CFO with corrective actions.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and statutory financial statements.
• Manage tax credits, incentives, and interactions with external auditors and authorities.
• Drive process improvements and ERP/financial system enhancements.
• Lead and develop a team of 4 administrative resources.
