MSX International in Rome is seeking a Customer Service Specialist for the Lead Management team on an internship track. You will manage phone-based contact with potential customers, guiding them toward the right dealership and ensuring smooth data transfer.

The role offers a 40-hour work week in a hybrid Rome setup, with full training and exposure to multiple brands and vehicle categories. Prior automotive experience is not required; this is a strong entry point with growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Fluent/native level in English, French and Spanish, in addition to Italian.
• Excellent phone communication and active listening.
• Basic proficiency with Excel and standard office tools.

Mansioni

• Source and contact leads by phone to gauge interest and gather information.
• Provide product range details using internal tools and brand contacts.
• Qualify leads and transfer data to appropriate dealer when interested.
• Record activities and information in Excel and internal systems.
• Support reporting for the client and collaborate with the team.
