Sunset Hospitality Group is seeking a Financial Controller for its two Milan-based F&B outlets, Palazzo Cordusio and Torre Velasca. You will oversee financial and accounting operations, lead monthly closes, and drive budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting to senior management.

The role requires at least 5 years in a multi-site hospitality setting, fluency in Italian and English, and strong ERP/Excel skills. A strategic, analytical mindset will help maximize profitability across venues.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years in multi-site F&B/hospitality or retail.
• Strong Italian and professional English communication.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and IFRS.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Mansioni

• Supports all financial and operational accounting activities across two Milan venues.
• Leads monthly close for multiple entities and prepares balance sheets.
• Drives digitalization of accounting processes and cash management.
• Assists in forecasting and budgeting including variance analysis.
• Provides financial evaluation and business case support for new openings.
• Prepares financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborates with Operations Managers to provide actionable financial insights.
