Park Hyatt Milano seeks a seasoned F&B - G.E. & Reservations Manager to oversee reservations across all outlets and ensure guest satisfaction.

Based in Milan, you will align with the Director of Food & Beverage to maintain the hotel’s high service standards. You will manage operational, administrative, purchasing, IT, people and HR aspects of F&B Reservations, while supporting events and ensuring accurate information and guest care.

Competenze

• Experience with F&B Reservations and guest communications.
• Strong focus on delivering high guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Ability to coordinate across Front Office and F&B operations.

Mansioni

• Operational management of F&B Reservations across all outlets.
• Oversee guest information collection by phone and email for events and bookings.
• Ensure procedures for web reservations, events, and communications are followed.

Responsible for F&B Reservations in all Outlets Floor Hostess Duties- F&B Guests Satisfaction

Responsible for: Ensure all Hight Standard sin F&B Reservations

Responsible to: Ensure Res. Details & Hostess Duty in F&B

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Operational:

• Ensure Correct Procedure in Reservations F&B & All Commercial Proposal.
• Ensure Customer Required info by Phone ,Mail related to all F&B Outlet.
• Ensure Correct Procedureof Web – Site Reservation- Events Section & BOB
• Ensure Correct Procedureof all Mail regarding Events
• Ensure Responsible to talking clear about and accurate information, about every booker.
• Ensure the correct Guest Satisfaction Program, & F&B requests and Complaint
• Ensure Hight Standard in Communications
• Check Daily Operations in Outlets, according to the Manager.
• Meet Daily the HoD
• Ceck and Plan Program the Calendars of the Day

Administrative & Purchasing:

• Ensure Correct Payments Program (PM)
• Improve Adm Standard according to the Manager
• Ensure the Correct Standard Procedure of Purchasing Request according to the Manager
• Ensure the Correct Maintenance of Collateral Standard

Financial & IT according to the Manager

• Ensure Credit Card Authorization Policy Procedure, for Events & F&B Reservation
• Ensure the Correct Procedure of Safer Pay Link
• Ensure the Correct Procedure for Creation of Events Pay Master Bill
• Ensure and Improve IT Program
• Ensure the annual competitor set to be planned with DoFB AND Events Managers

People & HR

• Ensure Supervisor and Coordinator of Events Staff according to the Manger
• Ensure Hostess Reference Person according to the Manger
• Ensure Responsible of Events Grooming Rules Events Enforcement
• Ensure Responsible for Service Work Schedule according to the Manager
• Ensure Policy Program with DoFB
• Share The Monthly Budget Results according to the DoFB Business & Commercial
• Ensure Correct and Up date Guest Database according to the Manager
• Ensure Event Promotional Mailing & Communication according to the Manager
• Ensure Yearly Promotional Plan according to the DoFB

Job Level: 2° Turismo-Federalberghi

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: € 30.000 - € 34.000 gross per year / 14 months

• 12 free nights and discounted rates in all hotels of the group after three months of employment
