AIRS Medical in Italy is seeking a technically skilled professional to support and implement SwiftMR in healthcare environments. The role focuses on configuring deployments on VMs, integrating with MRI systems, PACS, and DICOM networks.

You will act as the primary technical resource for clients, troubleshoot connectivity issues, document processes, and coordinate integrations with prospective customers. Fluency in English, Italian, and French (B1) is highly valued, along with strong

Competenze

• 1+ years in a technical or application support role within healthcare IT.
• Proficiency with TCP/IP networking and DICOM networking.
• Experience with MRI systems, PACS, and imaging software, with PACS support experience highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Excellent communication and client-focused approach.
• Fluent in English, Italian and French (B1).
• Pro-active team player.

Mansioni

• Configure and deploy SwiftMR on VM s and/or gateway PCs.
• Deploy SwiftMR and integrate it with MRI systems and PACS; manage DICOM networking.
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP/DICOM data transmission and connectivity.
• Manage SwiftMR's cloud-based operations for healthcare facilities.
• Act as the primary technical resource for clients and provide application support.
• Develop and maintain documentation of implementation processes and troubleshooting guides.
• Plan and coordinate SwiftMR integrations with potential customers.
