AIRS Medical is seeking a Customer Success Manager to be a trusted advisor to our customers using SwiftMR, our AI-driven MRI enhancement software. The role focuses on driving business value, maximizing solution adoption, and delivering best practices across European customers.

Responsibilities include installation, training, issue resolution, and collaboration with global teams to align with product roadmaps.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree, radiographer qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years as an MRI Application Specialist or Engineer, with MRI protocol optimization expertise.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot MRI image quality and related issues.
• Interest in IT and willingness to learn network/software troubleshooting.
• Strong communication in English; Italian/French a plus.

Mansioni

• Install and configure the MRI enhancement solution at new customer sites, including optimizing MRI scan parameters and IT integration.
• Provide comprehensive training to customers on product usage for optimal outcomes and satisfaction.
• Address and resolve inquiries related to product performance, image quality, and usage.
• Educate channel partners on installation, MRI parameter setups, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Head of Customer Success and Business Development Managers to align priorities and drive renewals.
• Coordinate with Seoul HQ Product Operations for training, rollout timelines, and feature requests.
