GE HealthCare in Milano seeks an apprentice Clinical Education Specialist MR to train clinicians on MRI products, under supervision. You will deliver post-sales training, support customers onsite or digitally, and coordinate with sales and service teams across Italy.

The role requires a Master degree in Biomedical Engineering or Radiography, fluency in English and Italian, and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.

Mansioni

• Provide onsite clinical applications training to users of GE equipment.
• Coordinate installations and initial clinical applications with sales, service and the zone Clinical Education Manager.
• Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure safe use and optimal image quality.
• Maintain satisfactory after-sale relationships and develop long-term customer relationships.
• Promote differentiators based on customer needs and benefits sought.
• Develop a network of key opinion leaders within the territory.
• Support trade shows, workshops, show sites and customer visits.
• Support deployment of digital tools and digital transformation of clinical education.
• Document trainings, site visits and customer interactions per local protocol.
