GMM, General Medical Merate, is expanding its Technical Service Team and seeks Service Technicians to work with advanced electromedical technology in diagnostic imaging across Italy and internationally. After an initial training period, you will report to the Technical Service Manager and join a hands-on team.

You will install new equipment at customer sites, perform preventive maintenance and repairs, and train operators on equipment and related software.

Competenze

• Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics.
• Knowledge of networking systems and network architecture.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and internationally (essential).
• Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in using Windows-based computer systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications.

Position – Role required

As part of the expansion of our Technical Service Team, we are looking for Service Technicians to work with advanced electromedical technology in the field of diagnostic imaging.

Responsibilities

After an initial training and onboarding period, reporting directly to the Technical Service Manager , the successful candidate will be responsible for managing service requests both on-site and remotely, including:

• Installation of new equipment at customer sites;
• Preventive maintenance and repair of equipment failures;
• Training operators on the use of equipment and related software.

Requirements

• Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, with a solid technical and scientific background in IT, electronics, and electrical engineering;
• Knowledge of networking systems and network architecture;
• Hands‑on attitude, attention to detail, and precision;
• Willingness to travel extensively within Italy and internationally (essential requirement);
• Good knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken;
• Proficiency in using Windows‑based computer systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel);
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Structured and systematic approach, with good organizational abilities;
• Ability to work independently.
