Job summary

Haas Formula LLC in Maranello is seeking a Planning Coordinator to join the Programme Management team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You’ll work with the Design Office and technical teams to schedule car components and changes, ensuring activities stay aligned with programme requirements.

The role focuses on collaboration across departments, understanding supply chain and manufacturing processes, and producing documentation for planning meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or University Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Ideally 3 years’ experience in planning/manufacturing in motorsport or automotive industries.
• Strong technical understanding of component planning, manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning of car components and technical changes with the Design Office and technical teams.
• Support the planning of components and sourcing of materials.
• Build understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Provide daily updates to the Programme Management Office on plan changes and misalignments with approved plans.
• Prepare documentation and materials for planning and programme meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to support delivery of programme objectives.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
