TGR Haas F1 Team is seeking a Planning Coordinator for the Programme Management team in Maranello on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will assist in planning car components and changes, ensuring activities stay aligned with programme requirements.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or degree and ideally 3 years in manufacturing planning. Excellent written and spoken English is essential, with a collaborative and organised approach for a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor-level or higher qualification in a relevant discipline.
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in manufacturing planning preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Collaborative, adaptable and well-organised under fast-paced conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Work with Design Office to collect technical and external changes for planning.
• Support planning of components and sourcing of materials.
• Understand supply chain and manufacturing processes to identify improvements.
• Provide daily PMO updates on plan changes and misalignments.
• Prepare documentation for planning and programme meetings.
• Collaborate across departments to support programme objectives.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes and ways of working.
