Allianz Milano is seeking a Motor Pricing Analyst to drive data collection, modeling, and tariff development across motor portfolios. You will produce technical analyses aligning with Group best practices and create updated KPI-based reports.

The role requires a Master’s in quantitative fields, 2–4 years’ pricing experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Proactive, independent work and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success.

Competenze

• Master's degree in quantitative fields
• 2–4 years of motor pricing experience in insurance/consultancy
• SAS, Python and Office Suite proficiency
• Advanced analytics with GLM and machine learning
• Fleets and automotive quotes experience a plus
• Ability to work independently with stakeholders
• Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)
