Allianz Milano is seeking a Motor Pricing Analyst to drive data collection, modeling, and tariff development across motor portfolios. You will produce technical analyses aligning with Group best practices and create updated KPI-based reports.
The role requires a Master’s in quantitative fields, 2–4 years’ pricing experience, and fluency in Italian and English. Proactive, independent work and stakeholder collaboration are essential for success.
The candidate will provide support to the Motor Pricing Team across the full spectrum of analysis regarding data collection and exploration, predictive modeling, Motor Tariffs development or review, corporate and automotive quotes, Technical Price definition.
Pursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 35.000 gross and € 40.000 gross.
Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
The final determination of the starting remuneration will be based on an evaluation of the candidate’s qualifications, skills, and relevant experience in relation to the requirements of the role.
