Montessori School of Rome is seeking a caring Lower Elementary Assistant Guide to support a thriving classroom community and help students develop independence, curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning in grades 1-3.

You will collaborate with the Lead Guide and teachers, maintain a prepared learning environment, supervise transitions, and engage families to support each child's academic and social growth.

Competenze

• Experience or strong interest in Montessori education and child-centered learning.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to create a nurturing, engaging learning environment for grades 1-3.

• Support the Lead Guide in implementing Montessori lessons and maintaining a prepared learning environment.
• Foster positive relationships with students and guide them with patience and encouragement.
• Help maintain a safe, organized classroom that promotes independence and collaboration.
• Assist with routines, materials preparation, and daily classroom operations.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student's growth.
