BoF Careers is seeking a passionate Vendors Compliance and Sustainability Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team at our Global HQ in Milan. You will support onboarding, ESG requirements, and sustainability projects across the office.

You will gain hands-on experience in supplier communications, product development support, and cross-functional collaboration, with a monthly stipend and access to our canteen.

Competenze

• Bachelor degree or above in Sustainability.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite, mainly Excel and Word.
• Proficient in English.
• Project Management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills- proactive and curious.

Mansioni

• Support Vendor management activities with a specific focus on supplier onboarding, qualification and ESG requirements
• Manage all the Sustainability projects of the office
• Support the product development of the products purchased by the office
• Regular internal communications to better understand the requirement and needs of stakeholder
