Job summary

Ten Square Games is seeking a hands-on Game Designer to own individual features from concept through design, implementation and iteration. You will work with existing systems, identify improvement opportunities and deliver high-quality gameplay experiences.

You will collaborate with developers, artists, UX designers, analysts and other team members to align on implementation details, communicate progress, and iteratively refine features based on data and player feedback.

Qualifications

• Hands-on game designer experience, preferably mobile F2P or live-service

Responsibilities

• Own features from concept to iteration and implementation.
• Analyze competitor games and opportunities for improvement in Rortos titles.
• Define hypotheses and KPIs to evaluate feature success.
• Collaborate with developers, artists, UX designers, analysts and others.
• Create prototypes, test solutions and iterate based on data and feedback.
