MSX International is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our Italian team. The role involves diagnosing vehicle issues, performing root cause analysis, and supporting dealerships and service centers across Italy.

You will work on-site at client locations, travel extensively within the territory, and collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure high-quality service. A technical diploma or degree in automotive engineering and fluent Italian with English are required.

Competenze

• Technical diploma or degree in mechanical/automotive engineering or mechatronics.
• 2–3 years in vehicle diagnostics or field service.
• Fluent Italian and English (B1/B2).

Mansioni

• Support dealerships with vehicle diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Perform root-cause analysis on complex issues.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify faults and propose solutions.
• Provide on-site technical assistance and coaching to technicians.
• Prepare technical reports and case documentation.
• Travel regularly across Italy to dealerships and service centers.
• Escalate critical issues to internal teams.
