Zendesk is seeking an Account Executive based in Milano, Italy, to drive new business and expand existing partnerships in a fast-growing AI-enabled cloud software environment.

You will build relationships with C-level executives, craft compelling business cases, manage multi-month deals, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and revenue growth across Italy.

Competenze

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• 4+ years in cloud/software B2B/AI sales or solution engineering with a track record of over-achieving quotas.
• Experience selling to C-level executives and managing complex, multi-month deals.

Mansioni

• Drive top-line revenue by acquiring new customers and penetrating top-tier accounts in Italy.
• Cross-sell products to existing customers to expand account revenue.
• Nurture relationships with executive sponsors and key decision-makers.
• Develop quarterly territory plans and accurate sales forecasts.
