Hitachi ABB Power Grids in Milano is seeking an HR Operations team member to support employee administration and life-cycle processes, onboarding interns and staff, and ensure timely attendance and HR requests are handled efficiently.

The role requires a Master’s in HR or related field, strong MS Office skills; knowledge of Workday is a plus, and fluency in English and Italian. A collaborative, proactive approach and curiosity will complete the profile.

You will join the HR Operations team in Milano that is responsible of employee’s administration.

• Support the team in HR administrative activities;
• Processing HR requests related mainly to Employee Life-Cycle;
• Support employees with their requests related to HR;
• Managing interns and employees onboarding;
• Support the team on time and attendance management;

Your background

• A Master’s Degree in HR related subjects, Economics or Humanities;
• Knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, knowledge of Workday will be considered a plus;

• A collaborative approach, proactivity and curiosity complete the profile.

The minimum salary for this position in the location specified is as follows:

• Starting from: 800€ gross monthly

The final offer will be based on candidate qualifications and aligned with internal pay structures.
