Giorgio Armani in Milan’s flagship Armani Exchange A|X store is seeking a Client Advisor to reflect the brand philosophy with professionalism and attention to detail.

You will engage clients, build loyalty, and maintain stock and visual standards to maximize sales while upholding an impeccable store image. Fluent Italian and English and at least three years in a similar role are required, with a passion for fashion.

Competenze

• Minimum three years of experience in the same role.
• Higher education diploma and/or degree.
• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English.
• Strong interest and passion for the fashion industry.

• Ensure outstanding Client Experience.
• Build client loyalty with potential, new or existing clients.
• Monitor performance and achieve KPIs.
• Maintain impeccable store image and product presentation.
• Ensure stock replenishment and stock knowledge for restocking shelves to maximize sales.
