Giorgio Armani in Milan’s flagship Armani Exchange A|X store is seeking a Client Advisor to reflect the brand philosophy with professionalism and attention to detail.

You will engage clients, build loyalty, and maintain stock and visual standards to maximize sales while upholding an impeccable store image. Fluent Italian and English and at least three years in a similar role are required, with a passion for fashion.

Context and purpose of the job

Within the Armani Exchange A|X flagship store in Milan, you will join the team as a Client Advisor. In particular, you will reflect the brand philosophy and be characterised by professionalism, attention to detail and technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Ensure excellence by offering an outstanding Client Experience
• Build client loyalty, engaging potential, new or existing clients
• Monitor your own performance, achieving the assigned KPIs
• Provide an impeccable image of the store
• Ensure product good maintenance, replenishment on the floor, knowing the warehouse stock of all categories to ensure re-stock shelves and maximize sales

The base salary range for this position is 25.000-28.000 euros
