GIORGIO ARMANI S.P.A. is looking for a Client Experience Manager for their Emporio Armani flagship store in Milan. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations and providing an elevated client experience that aligns with the brand’s identity.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in luxury retail management, be fluent in Italian and English, and be experienced in coaching teams and handling VIP customer relationships.

The base salary offered ranges from 40,000 to 50,000 euros.

• Proven track record in high-volume flagship store management.
