Job summary

Mondelez International in Milan, Italy, is seeking a Finance Planning & Analysis leader responsible for CS&L P&L for a cluster of countries within NWE, including IT. You will own rolling forecasts, budgets, and productivity tracking, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong controls.

The role requires 7+ years FP&A/accounting experience with FMCG background, and English fluency. A Bonus program is available; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• 7 years FP&A/accounting experience.
• Prior FMCG experience.
• Prior Finance Supply Chain experience preferred.
• Fluent spoken/written English.
• Strong analytical background.
• Strong communication skills.
• Highly motivated.
• Prior exposure with Shared Service Centre would be an asset.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate high finance acumen, data consistency and transparency.
• Engage with business partner local operational teams, provide best in class finance support through excellent analysis, reporting and challenge.
• Take responsibility for protecting the assets of the business through compliance to accounting principles, policies and internal controls.
• Be able to work in detail and summarize / simplify the key take-outs and act in reverse.
• Work autonomously.
• Coach third party finance support.
