Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with stock management or warehouse operations.
• Familiarity with IBP/S&OP processes is a plus.
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams and prioritise.
• Strong problem-solving and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Weekly review finished goods stock availability in our warehouse, considering sales forecasts and replenishment plans.
• Discuss with Supply Hub production and deployment plan from Manufacturing Units to the warehouse; challenge stock outlook.
• Work with Category Planning to manage constrained stock scenarios and enable decisions.
• Provide Order Fulfillment with necessary information to manage sales orders and improve service levels.
• Collaborate with international colleagues to implement stock sharing and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with Copacking team to agree product availability for copacking activities.
