Dandy is seeking an experienced Customer Experience Lab Technician to join our Milan team and support Italian clinicians. You will apply deep dental lab expertise to real-time case design, provide live ITALIAN language support, and bridge feedback with our lab teams to ensure top quality outcomes.

You will collaborate closely with doctors, help optimize workflows, and represent Dandy in the Italian market. This role requires relocation to Milan or existing residency there and a strong

Competenze

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Willing to relocate to Milan or be based there.
• 3+ years in a dental technician role.
• 2+ years of experience in 3Shape CAD/CAM design, including implant and crown & bridge cases.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with doctors on real-time case designs to refine aesthetics and function.
• Provide live Italian-language clinical support via phone, chat, and video.
• Serve as a local expert for Italian clinicians, adapting guidance to local practices.
• Translate clinical feedback into productive outputs with Dandy lab teams.
