GoStudent is launching its first Tuition Center in Milan and seeks a Centre Manager to lead the new site. The role is on-site in Milan, part-time about 20 hours per week, with a fixed base salary plus a performance-based commission on revenues.

You will drive local marketing and sales, coordinate a small tutor team (freelancers), oversee daily operations, build relationships with students and parents, monitor KPIs, and ensure a safe, welcoming learning space. Reporting to Head of Revenue.

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow customer base and revenue targets.
• Coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers) and foster an engaging environment.
• Oversee daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services.
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure learning outcomes and high satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimise results.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors.
