GoStudent GmbH is launching its first GoStudent Tuition Centers in Varese and seeks a Centre Manager to lead the local operation. You will drive local marketing, sales initiatives, and coordinate a freelance tutor team to deliver high-quality tutoring services.

You will oversee daily centre operations, manage scheduling, build relationships with students and parents, and monitor KPIs to report to the Head of Revenue. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership.

Contract: Fixed Term, part-time

Salary & Growth-Based Bonus

A Fixed annual gross salary According to the amount of hours per week:

And a Bonus: Grow your centre, grow your earnings!
Earn 5%–9% of your centre's monthly Gross Profit as your active student base grows.
Based on an illustrative centre growth scenario, your additional bonus could average:

Your Role in Our Mission

Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets

Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment

Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services

Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction

Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results

Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors

Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
