Job summary

GoStudent GmbH is launching its first Tuition Centers in Busto Arsizio and seeks a Centre Manager to lead the local team and operations. You will drive marketing, sales, and centre performance while coordinating freelance tutors and delivering high-quality tutoring experiences.

This fixed-term, part-time role offers a growth-based bonus tied to centre gross profit and the chance to shape a new hybrid model blending online, group, and in-person tutoring for families in the community.

Responsibilities

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives to grow customers and revenue targets.
• Coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers) and create a supportive environment.
• Oversee daily centre operations, scheduling and service quality.
• Build relationships with students and parents to ensure learning outcomes and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and use data insights to improve results.
• Maintain a welcoming and safe learning space for students and tutors.
• Report to the Head of Revenue for the market.

A Fixed annual gross salary According to the amount of hours per week:

Earn 5%–9% of your centre's monthly Gross Profit as your active student base grows.

Your Role in Our Mission

• Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets
• Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment
• Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top‑quality services
• Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction
• Monitor key performance indicators and use data‑driven insights to optimise results
• Maintain a welcoming, safe and well‑functioning learning space for students and tutors
• Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market
