Job summary

GoStudent is opening its first Tuition Center in Busto Arsizio and seeks a Centre Manager to lead a new hybrid model combining online, group, and in-person tutoring. You will own local marketing, oversee operations, coordinate tutors, and drive revenue growth.

You will build relationships with students and families, monitor KPIs, and report to the Head of Revenue. This on-site, fixed-term, part-time role includes a salary tied to weekly hours and a growth-based bonus.

Responsibilities

• Drive local marketing and sales to grow the customer base and revenue.
• Coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers) and ensure engagement.
• Oversee daily centre operations, scheduling and service quality.
• Build relationships with students and parents for outcomes and satisfaction.
• Monitor KPIs and use data to optimise results.
• Maintain a welcoming, safe learning space and report to the Head of Revenue.
