Unobravo in Milan is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to turn data into strategic insights and drive long-term growth. You will partner with stakeholders to manage modelling initiatives and quantify P&L impact across markets and ventures.

You’ll lead budgeting, scenario analyses, and board-ready narratives, shaping financial planning for rapid international expansion while maintaining rigorous financial discipline.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in a fast-paced digital scaleup or consulting/banking.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical confidence.
• End-to-end budgeting and planning experience.
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Clear communication to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets modelling experience.

Responsibilities

• Turn data into actionable insights to support strategy and P&L impact.
• Partner with stakeholders to manage data and modelling initiatives.
• Drive budget planning and translate initiatives into targets.
• Develop long-range plans and scenario analyses.
• Lead weekly/monthly P&L reporting with variance analysis.
• Prepare board packs and investor materials with clear narratives.
• Define and monitor key KPIs and unit economics.
• Build business cases for new initiatives and market entries.
• Improve finance processes and automation as the company scales.
