Job summary

Vivo Italia Srl in Milan is seeking a Finance Specialist to support daily finance and accounting activities. You will assist with AP/AR, invoice reviews, and month-end closing, contributing to accurate records and timely reports.

The role requires a finance or accounting background, strong Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail. Fresh graduates are welcome, with up to 2 years of experience in an international tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and finance processes.
• Familiarity with accounts payable, accounts receivable, expense management and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including organising data, using formulas and preparing basic reports.
• Professional working proficiency in local language is required. English or Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily Accounts payable and accounts receivable activities, review invoices and expenses.
• Assist with month-end closing and reconcile financial data.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports and basic analysis.
• Reconcile expenses, purchasing, sales and other data with financial records.
• Support daily finance operations and maintain organized processes.
