Responsibilities include onboarding, building trusted partnerships, driving product adoption, monitoring customer health, conducting business reviews, and ensuring renewal and growth.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services within a SaaS environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to build credibility with executive stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Onboarding new clients and managing relationships across client organizations, from users to executives.
• Monitor platform usage and customer health metrics to identify at‑risk accounts and intervene.
• Own renewal process and drive retention, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities with Sales alignment.
