Hill International, Inc. seeks a Work Package Manager to lead two offshore packages on a major oil and gas facility.

The role is based in Milan with travel to fabrication yards and offshore sites, ensuring safe, timely, and cost‑effective delivery across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation and handover. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and client stakeholders, drive execution strategy, monitor progress, and manage interfaces across packages, subsea and

Competenze

• Minimum 15 years of experience in oil and gas.
• Minimum 10 years managing major offshore EPC/EPCI/EPIC projects.
• Experience with fixed offshore platforms and offshore installation campaigns.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage Work Package per the approved PEP.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover activities.
• Monitor schedules, cost, and performance metrics.
