Hill International, Inc. seeks a Work Package Manager (Project Manager) to lead two offshore packages on a major offshore oil and gas facility.

Based in Milan, the role ensures safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery across engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, and handover activities. The successful candidate will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, yards, and stakeholders, travel to fabrication yards and offshore sites as required, and maintain alignment with

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine, Offshore, Electrical, or related Engineering.
Professional Project Management qualification (PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Minimum 10 years managing major offshore EPC/EPCI/EPIC projects.
Experience with fixed offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, drilling facilities and offshore installation.
Familiarity with API, ISO, IEC, DNV, SOLAS, IMO codes and standards.

Mansioni

Lead and manage the Work Package per the approved Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, yards, and client stakeholders.
Ensure safety, quality, environmental, and contractual compliance.
Monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and manage interfaces across packages.
Oversee procurement, expediting, logistics, and contractor performance.
Prepare reports and manage handover readiness and commissioning support.
