Hill International, Inc. seeks an experienced Work Package Manager to lead two offshore packages on a major oil and gas facility.

Based from Milan, you will oversee engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, transportation, offshore installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning support, and handover activities, coordinating with contractors, yards, and client teams. The role requires extensive leadership of multidisciplinary teams, with strong focus on schedule, cost control, and

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Marine, Offshore, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline.
Minimum 15 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Minimum 10 years of experience managing major offshore EPC/EPCI/EPIC projects.
Experience with fixed offshore platforms, jackets, topsides, drilling facilities, and offshore installation campaigns.

Mansioni

Lead and manage Work Package according to the approved Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, fabrication yards, and client stakeholders to meet objectives and readiness targets.
Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, regulatory and contractual requirements throughout project execution.
Oversee engineering activities related to jacket, topsides, living quarters, utilities, and marine systems.
Monitor progress, address bottlenecks, and drive construction, procurement, and installation activities.
