KeyPartners in Milan seeks a Regional Field Leader to drive growth across the EMEA region for Retail Businesses. You will lead multiple markets, coach local teams, and ensure store operations align with strategic objectives to deliver value.

You will collaborate with GMs, Finance and HR to optimize performance, manage budgets, and develop high-potential leaders while upholding our corporate values.

Competenze

• Solid retail management experience across multi-store operations.
• Exposure to balance sheets and P&L highly regarded.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive performance.

Mansioni

• Meet performance objectives and inform leadership of progress.
• Regularly communicate with local GMs and the team on business performance and issues.
• Direct and monitor all sales activities to ensure SOP objectives are met with focus on labor cost control.
• Set clearly aligned KPIs to monitor business progress and performance.
• Continuously drive the business by analyzing financial data, monitoring operating efficiencies and identifying trends/opportunities, generating reports and taking action.
• Support the local Field Managers in building the field organization that drives customer value.
• Partner with Finance and HR to influence incentive & recognition programs for field population.
• Encourage open communication and model the company culture.
• Create an environment that encourages development of managers and associates.
• Provide challenging assignments and development opportunities for the field team in cooperation with Leadership team.
• Monitor that the execution of standard processes and procedures is implemented properly in the stores.
