HONOR in Milan, Italy seeks a Regional Retail Training Manager to lead the training strategy across West Europe, driving ROI through impactful programs. You will translate complex specs into consumer-friendly modules, design multimedia content, and oversee content development for micro-learning.

Responsibilities include Train-the-Trainer delivery, field coaching, and performance analytics, with a 12-month contract starting September 2026.

Competenze

• Experience: 8+ years in smartphone/tech with 5+ years in training management or retail operations.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and cross-border stakeholder management.
• Proficient in creating training content, videos, and micro-learning modules.
• Ability to translate complex technical specs into consumer-friendly training materials.

Mansioni

• Lead regional training strategy and ROI evaluation for the West European Market.
• Coordinate and oversee training roadmaps across countries in the region.
• Develop content: PPTs, manuals, and training videos for micro-learning.
