Talent Garden is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery phase for Corporate Transformation in Milan. You will ensure data-informed execution, maintain client trust, and drive continuous improvements in the learning experience.

The role requires working with our Learning & Innovation teams and coordinating across stakeholders to optimize programs using AI. You will manage deliveries, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on impactful client outcomes and scalable

Competenze

• At least 2 years of project management experience in learning or corporate training environments.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools to support planning, information synthesis, coordination, and execution.
• Native-level Italian and professional fluency in English.

• Plan, manage, and monitor project deliveries, coordinating faculty, client agendas, and stakeholders.
