Talent Garden is seeking a Project Manager to own the delivery phase for Corporate Transformation in Milan. You will ensure data-informed execution, maintain client trust, and drive continuous improvements in the learning experience.

The role requires working with our Learning & Innovation teams and coordinating across stakeholders to optimize programs using AI. You will manage deliveries, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on impactful client outcomes and scalable

The role

We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our Corporate Transformation B2B Team in the role of Project Manager. In this role, you will own the delivery phase, ensuring seamless and data-informed project execution, strong client trust, and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and monitor project deliveries, coordinating faculty, client agendas, and key stakeholders.
• Execute programs designed by our Learning & Innovation Designers, refining and translating them into clear delivery plans and detailed session flows.
• Contribute directly to delivery, taking an active client-facing role in the room and, at times, leading parts of the experience firsthand.
• Manage communications with all stakeholders (participants, business leaders, suppliers), ensuring clarity and alignment identifying and resolving project issues proactively.
• Monitor progress against objectives, including project economics, while identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to optimise workflows through AI.
• Oversee all operational aspects of delivery — logistics, catering, platforms, and learning tools — optimising processes where possible.

About you

Ideally, you are a Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in the learning or corporate training environment.

• You bring solid project management experience in Learning, Education, or Innovation contexts, with exposure to corporate clients and structured program delivery.
• You are comfortable managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders, balancing operational excellence with financial discipline.
• You actively use AI tools in your day-to-day work to support planning, information synthesis, coordination, and execution, making them an integrated part of your workflow.
• You have a solid understanding of, and genuine interest in, AI and its business applications, and you would feel comfortable navigating AI-related conversations.
• You demonstrate strong client management and communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with both participants and senior stakeholders.
• You show resilience, organisation, and accountability in fast‑paced environments, maintaining quality under pressure.
• You have a genuine interest in innovation and digital transformation and are comfortable working in evolving, dynamic contexts.
• You have native-level proficiency in Italian and professional fluency in English.
• You are either based in Milan or can easily reach it.
