Descrizione del lavoro

TMC is seeking a Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Bergamo. You will own key-client projects, identify solution domains, solve problems, and drive execution excellence across engineering and product teams.

You will analyze requirements, prepare budgets and schedules, develop designs and plans, guide teams, manage client communications, and support roadmap decisions while ensuring milestones, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Competenze

M. Sc. in Engineering areas or Computer Sciences with 3–6 years of PM experience.
Practical experience with project management software.
Certification in waterfall or agile methodologies is a plus.

Mansioni

Analyze project requirements and prepare budgets and schedules.
Develop detailed designs, plans, and monitoring progress as well as writing up reports.
Guide the functional and technical teams and maintain the solution vision and design principles.
Handle all client communications and relationships with various teams at different levels.
Work with the client to prioritize and schedule enhancement releases.
Provide advice on the roadmap and enhancement selection.
Monitor and guide the development team.
Prepare all documents necessary for the follow up of projects activities (reports, invoicing, planning and management of information etc.).
Close the job, achieving targeted milestone completion, cost, quality and customer satisfaction.
