ISS A/S is seeking a Digital Collaboration Engineer to join its Hybrid-work Poland-based team. You will ensure the continuity, quality, security, and scalability of Microsoft 365 services while driving automation and governance.

You will work with security, compliance, and local IT to deliver resilient solutions across acquisitions and ongoing operations. You will lead projects through planning, build, testing, and handover and contribute to the Microsoft 365 roadmap with scalable engineering

Competenze

• Hands-on experience administering and engineering Microsoft 365 in a complex enterprise.
• Clear knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID and security controls.
• Experience troubleshooting incidents and controlled deployments.
• Strong scripting and automation with PowerShell and Graph API.
• Ability to produce technical documentation and runbooks.
• Experience with Copilot configuration and governance.
• Experience license management and optimization.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Own day-to-day Microsoft 365 service operations and ensure stability and performance.
• Resolve complex Microsoft 365 issues escalated by service desk or local IT.
• Administer core Microsoft 365 workloads and implement security/governance changes.
• Lead Microsoft 365 projects through planning, build, test, deployment, and handover.
• Develop automation for provisioning, policy enforcement, reporting, and workflows.
• Create architecture docs, runbooks, SOPs, migration guides, knowledge articles.
• Monitor service health and implement preventive improvements.
• Collaborate with security/compliance for audits and remediation actions.
• Plan and execute tenant-to-tenant migrations for acquisitions.
